About F{AI}R 2026
F{AI}R 2026 is a four-day community fair dedicated to artificial intelligence — held October 20th to 23rd, 2026 in Liebefeld, Bern, Switzerland.
Our goal is to bring together practitioners, researchers, students, and curious minds for a week of hands-on workshops, talks, demos and open conversation about where AI is heading and how we want to shape it.
The programme is built by the community. Anyone can sign up as a contributor and add a session — a talk, a workshop, a roundtable or a demo — and it appears on the public schedule right away.
Attendance is free and open to everyone. Come for an hour, a day, or the whole week.
F{AI}R is also a statement about the kind of AI we want to build and use. We champion fair AI: open-weight models, transparent training, and sovereign infrastructure that keeps data and decisions in the hands of the people and organisations that create them.
